Asteroids, Uranians, minor planets, custom points Pro
By default a chart has ten planets, the node, Lilith and Chiron. Extra bodies are switched on under “More → Calculation” and in the “Custom points” field. All of it is saved in the link and with the chart.
Asteroids
“Asteroids” → “show (Ceres, Pallas, Juno, Vesta)”. The four main asteroids appear in the tables, aspects, transits and on the wheel.
Uranian planets
“Uranian planets” → “show (Cupido…Poseidon, Transpluto)”. The Hamburg school's eight hypothetical planets (Cupido, Hades, Zeus, Kronos, Apollon, Admetos, Vulcanus, Poseidon) plus Transpluto. On the wheel they're labeled with two letters. They pair well with midpoints and the dial.
Minor planets
The “Minor planets” list holds 180 bodies: numbered asteroids 11–100, mythological ones (Helena, Nemesis, Persephone, Achilles and more), centaurs (Pholus, Nessus, Chariklo) and trans-Neptunian objects (Sedna, Eris, Makemake, Haumea, Quaoar).
- Hold Ctrl (⌘ on a Mac) and select the bodies you want.
- Click “Build chart”.
Each body's ephemeris file downloads the first time you pick it (up to 400 KB). The files cover the years 1500–2099; outside that range the body simply won't appear.
Custom points
“Custom points (name=longitude; …)” adds fixed points by absolute longitude from 0° Aries. For example, Point=15.5; X=200 gives a point at 15°30' Aries and one at 20° Libra. Custom points take part in aspects and transits and are drawn on the wheel as ✦. They don't progress or direct.
